Feeling Moodie provides Mind Fitness Plans, Mood Tracking, Journalling, Grounding Tools, Coaching, and Visualized data.

Our daily and weekly check-ins create a path for improvement by tracking where you are, helping you set goals, and guiding you toward progress week by week. With coping tools in your pocket, managing symptoms and tracking your progress becomes a whole lot easier. Day or night, when you need a little support reaching your mental health goals, you can find that support right in the app with our coaching resources. 

Feeling Moodie is a place to feel better and follows an evidence-based approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or whatever you may be going through.

We use HealthKit to save and store your heart rate and step information. Track your heart rate and steps today to take advantage of the HealthKit features in iOS!

Feeling Moodie stores your heart rate and step entries to HealthKit so we can provide you with more accurate physical activity information on your wellness journey.  

The data will be displayed on the Just Me page and support your physical exercise tasks by tracking steps. We will prompt you to take the appropriate action during a high heart rate event when stationary.

First off we got your feedback and THANK YOU! Based on that feedback we did a several updates.

Bugs: 

Fixed an Apple ID Registration Bug

Improvements:

We improved the mood check-in section for users to get better insights so you are able to identify areas for improvement and help achieve your health and wellness goals
Added Forgot password functionality
Added an Engagement Survey (under the hamburger menu) for those looking to track how employment or education is performing in several key areas like Personal Growth, Leadership, Culture, etc
Added French translations based on the above changes.
Cleaned up the "Just Me" page by removing unwanted text and improving how the charts display info
