Great App, and has a lot of potential

I’ve been using this app for about a month and it’s a pragmatic tool to help people during any mood in their life, whether sad, angry, happy, in love, etc. It’s nice to see your history but I think there’s a lot more that can be added:

-Add an emotion related to anger
-Have professionals who can help people with their deep issues like suicide (shouldn’t have to pay)
I know this is meant to be for the people by the people to have a support group, but professionals who handle grief, trauma, depression, etc are always better

-Have a recap of how you felt each day/week (people who subscribe will see this recap permanently)
-Have a translation tool. There are mainly English and Japanese users on this app so it would be helpful to translate to understand what they’re saying to show empathy
-Give tips on mindfulness, gratitude, etc.

There is a lot of opportunities for this app to expand into something a lot more, so hopefully it works!

A must app for yourself

If you’re debating on downloading this app, just do it. I’ve been using it for a while, and it has helped me a lot. I love the fact that private posts are now free to everyone. Whether you just want to track your moods, or want advice sometimes or support, this app helps you to understand more about and improve your mental health, while allowing you to help others with theirs. Mental health is such an important topic to address, and having an app that helps you do just that is such a blessing.

This app has everything. It’s so user friendly and fun! It’s great for people who want a diary that’s organized and simple to use. There are so many options for posting and for interacting with others and getting support. It’s a very safe place too. I love it.
