A Fello is someone who is trained to provide support based on their lived experiences. They turn their hard-earned life lessons into support for someone that’s going through the same thing. All Fellos receive training in how to meet your needs, be an active listener, use effective support methods, and must pass an assessment before becoming available on Fello.

HOW DOES IT WORK? - GETTING SUPPORT
Download the Fello app and complete your profile. Browse hundreds of Fellos and schedule a 30-minute one-on-one video call for $40. Join the call with your Fello in the Fello app to get support, advice, and guidance from someone who gets it.

HOW DOES IT WORK? - GIVING SUPPORT
Download the Fello app and select ‘provide support.’ Create a profile and then a member of our team will set up an interview followed by a reference and background check. Next, you’ll be invited to our online training where you’ll learn how to meet the needs of a Finder, be an active listener, and provide effective support through scientifically-backed methods. After completing training, your profile will go live on Fello, and you can start providing support
