Fellow — Brew with Aiden 4+

I love the Aiden itself. As always, Fellow totally delivered in the hardware department.

That said, this is a review of the SOFTWARE companion app. Which is sadly terrible. All I can do is connect but cannot access any of the custom profiles for the coffees I received as an early pre-order. Now I am not at all confident I’m brewing these coffees correctly. Seems they put a lot of eggs in this basket since I can’t seem to even find manual instructions anywhere.

Poor rollout of this app. Hopefully it gets better (very) soon.

Liking my Aiden and looking forward to the app gaining full functionality.

Can we please have the ability to brew by grams of coffee instead of just by 1/2 cup increments of water?

This is important to me because I have a coffee subscription and control my usage by grams, to time with my next shipment. 1/2 cups of water does not give me enough control of my consumption.

I have tried to connect the app (using iOS 17.6.1) but sometimes it tells me my Bluetooth isn’t turned on (it is) or that I am using the wrong password to connect to my WiFi (I am using the same password that works on all my devices).
So, what can I say? The app doesn’t work. It’s not as if it works but has some kinks, I can’t even get started with it.
