Feng Cha 4+

I love this location! The workers have great customer service, the drinks and cakes are the best by far and the store itself give you a great island vibe. And lastly it’s very clean and they over other items to purchase for gifts if you wanted.

I love Feng Cha, the drinks are amazing there. The app is not as great. It takes a horrendously long time to type out my location so I can order. Each letter I press, the app lags for the letter to appear. I can deal with that issue but now whenever I open the app it logs me out of my account and when I log back in, an error message appears that states that something happened and I need to log in again. Another issue is when I browse the app as a “guest” the menu is disjointed, meaning that the names do not align with the images. I wish I could attach a photo to prove but basically I can’t order anything as everything is moved to the side and not aligned. When I try to add something to the cart I can’t. I want to contact support but I can’t because I can only use the app as a guest. Please fix these issues. Using the app was really helpful because my Feng Cha location is in a cramped plaza with little to no parking.

The app is great the one problem is the store that I go to that is on 2645 Arapaho Rd isn’t in the forgot to scan to earn rewards section. That’s the only issue I’m having but I still love the drinks😋
