I like the application because it gives daily lessons and good advice

App does not work

I paid $35 dollars for this app for a year subscription. The baqua map kinda works. It doesn’t allow you to upload an image, only take a picture of a drawing. It doesn’t allow you to view any of the lessons that accompany the app. How can I get a refund?
