Description
FERS is a simple to use retirement planning tool for federal employees. The app provides you with eligibility information, lets you choose a retirement date, and calculates your estimated annuity. You can create multiple profiles to compare and contrast different scenarios to help you make important life decisions. For fun, rotate your device to view and share with your coworkers your retirement planning certificate. Also includes a quick calculator for high-3 salaries.

It doesn’t give you the ability to enter sick leave, which adds to your Years of Service.
Solves the mathematical challenge of figuring out retirement
Federal government has an interesting and complicated to figuring out how much FERS check would be. This handy tool figures it out for you. I recently showed a coworker who only wanted to work in the system for 10 years, how much they would get monthly and they quickly changed their mind about retiring so soon.
Nice app
Simple to use and straight forward. Would like to see S/L figured into the calculation. Many of us have over a year of accrued S/L. App gives the number of years and months to retirement. Would like to see days added to that. Nice app.
