Ratings and Reviews
Great Service & Easy App
Besides Festival Foods, being a great store with a wide variety of product and helpful and positive staff, online ordering has been a godsend and very intuitive with their app. I have an injury that prevents me from walking around the store. The employees communicate any substitutions, which are rare, and their positive attitudes are refreshing. I’m guessing (hoping) Festival knows the value of their employees and treats them well and in turn, they treat their customers well. Thank you!
Has search issues
Nice app in some ways but but I had a lot of trouble searching for produce. For example, I couldn’t find navel oranges; the search kept turning up orange flavored drinks and candy, etc., but no actual oranges. I had a lot of trouble with most of the produce that way. The app is also not quite intuitive/user-friendly. There’s some lack of smoothness, lack of confirmation that an item went into my cart (without actually stopping and going to check the car to make sure it got put in there), and it kicked me off in the middle of my shopping trip because it said my time expired even though I was still actively shopping... So there is still some work to do here. However, I do appreciate being able to shop online and pick up in the parking lot during the pandemic. Thank you for that.
I’m making Festival my go to grocery store.
I've learned to trust Festival for customer service. If they don’t have an item on my list in stock, they actually call and ask how they can make it right. Another product, or just a delete from the list.
I can always get in the same day if I send my order in the morning.
Those things are very important to me.
