    this app is a scam, customer service will refuse to work with you, even if you aren’t asking for a refund. And if you do end up needing help, be prepared to contact them multiple times because they never respond after waiting and waiting. so frustrating and difficult!!

  • Horrible customer service and policies

    It is really frustrating that this company is the only way to purchase tickets for some events. They have horrible policies the prevent tickets from being changed to a different day/time if there is an illness. I wasn’t even looking for a refund, just to switch my tickets to a different day/time that was available because my kids are sick. But they just flatly reply that it’s their policy. Not refund, no date change, just out all the money I spent and didn’t get to go to the experience.

  • Candle led tickets then overcharged

    I use all the time

    First - they canceled my tickets without notifying me - scrambled to rebook at a $30 increase - come to find out that was an extra ticket they added and refused to cancel or provide a credit- also found out had I booked direct the tickets were $10Less for a longer virtual experience. The venue also informed me they have had nothing but problems with bookings through fever. Deleting the app and will NEVER buy anything through them again - book direct and avoid this app like the plague

  • Cancelled event with no notice and no refund

    We purchased tickets for Blood Manor through the Fever app, only to arrive and find the venue closed with nothing but a sign on the door. No notification was sent beforehand. We contacted Fever support immediately — the chat switched from English to Spanish mid-conversation and then stopped responding. We also emailed and tried chat again but never received any follow-up. We wasted time, money, and an entire evening, with zero communication or support from Fever. Unacceptable experience.

    I downloaded this app because the event I got tickets for forced me to in order to see my tickets…that’s the first thing I detest. But once on the app, it seems ok so far, except when I go to edit my profile, it won’t let me change the email, and I’m not able to add a picture (not that it’s important, but why doesn’t it work) . That’s all.

  • Seriously?

    As if it isn’t bad enough that I have to download yet ANOTHER app to get tickets to an event, these guys cancelled my ticket twice, making me a choose another time slot, ultimately ending up with the time I chose originally. Already frustrated, I asked for a refund instead of using the voucher they gave me. They told me I would be refunded. But the next day I decided I may have acted too hastily and re-purchased a ticket, only to be told via email that I would not be getting refunded after all. After some more back and forth, I got them to agree to refunding my original purchase. Then, when I showed up at the event, I found that they had cancelled my ticket YET AGAIN. luckily the staff didn’t look too closely and I was let inside. So now I’ve ended up paying for the same event TWICE, only for them to cancel my ticket 3 times. And after all that, it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve still not gotten any refund. What a joke.
