To sign up for FFB's Mobile Banking, log-in to your FFB Online Internet banking service and follow the instructions under the "Options"..."Mobile Settings" tab. If you have questions or problems, feel free to call Customer Services at 1-800-299-7047.
FFB Mobile works with any account type, and all data is sent over a secure, 128-bit encrypted channel.

First off Face ID won’t authenticate to my Apple account. I even reset my Apple password and it still won’t let me login to enable Face ID.
Secondly, lack of notifications like when my card is used or being able to update information like my address from the app is a deal breaker as well.
I do like that you can deposit checks from mobile phone, but that’s about the only good thing about this app.
Convenient but a little confusing
While this isn’t as flashy as some other banking apps I’ve used, what it has going for it is a really exceptional customer service team. After writing an earlier (ahem, less glowing) review, they contacted me, helped me with my problems, and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I feel really good knowing that there are competent, hard working people behind the scenes who listen to problems and do everything they can to fix them.
App needs improvement
Would be nice if you could view more than just one week of transactions on app. Would be nice if got notification after transactions (deposits, withdrawal, purchases, check cleared, etc etc). Other banks send out notifications (not text) of activity with account so surely first fidelity can too. I’ve been pleased with inside banking...please fix app!
