The new look and ease of use for the app is wonderful! I hope there are more benefits to the changes but until realized I truly appreciate the update!
If I could rate this app -5 stars I would
Literally wish I got my car loan from capital one again because this app is insane and so hard to follow and crashes constantly. Trying to update my new banking information to pay my car loan as someone who literally works in cellphone tech store is borderline impossible. I can’t imagine someone not tech savvy being able to do anything in it. My loan and app password and account are two separate things which makes zero sense and every time I try to reset my password it resets. Whyyyy is there an app if it’s going to open a window to log into a websites that resets to the app login screen any time you go to look for anything on your phone. Please take my interest and pay someone who knows how to make an app actually make you an app that works. How about a button that says loan, payment information and update. Thankssssssssss.
Too Complicated
New app is way too complicated and has too much noise going on, now I have ads and other stuff on my home screen I don’t need. Have to click through 3 different pages and swipe just to get to transactions for a specific account. Should have just left it the way it was instead of trying to fit in with all the other banks and modernize. Know your customers. We don’t want this.
