Many Issues, but I’m Forced to Use it
So many usability issues. So many! First, it doesn’t remember your child’s school so you have to search EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Why not just remember who I bought a ticket for or let me pick a favorite school? Nope. Did I mention you have to search every time?
Logouts. I know that sessions timeout. I get that but you should know that when I start and prompt me. Don’t make me search for an event, and then (and only then) say I have to login again and then make me search again. Terrible. I should be able to get scores with a couple taps not what’s going on now, which is easily 10+.
I mean, it keeps track of scores so it basically functions as a digital notepad. At most tournaments, the kids don’t mark fairways etc so the stats are pretty useless. As a digital notepad, it would be less annoying just to share an apple note with hole and score. It would sync, not ask me to search multiple times and wouldn’t log me out.
Like one of the other reviews says, this app is a train wreck. Can’t save settings like schools or athletes you are following. Made the mistake of paying the $5 for an event the week before the actual event, and apparently any evidence of payment or my “ticket” to the event is gone (other than the money taken out of my account of course.) Looking forward to paying another $5 for the privilege of following my son’s golf round this week, assuming it works, which it didn’t last week (another $5) down the drain.
Purchased ticket not honored by support
So i purchased a ticket package thru the app for regional competitions
Got charged and a received the confirmation letter.
Thought was all good until i attempted to log in and use it.
I was directed to purchase an additional ticket for $5
So i contacted support… just to be told i purchased the wrong package… how can this be? I checked my confirmation letter and i was correct I had purchased what the app indicated i was buying.
I go back to the app and the ticket option i purchased had suddenly vanished
I was told by support that the confirmation letter was sent in error and they are looking into it
They did offer me a refund
But i cant help but feel that they have a poorly managed app and i should have gotten access to what the app and confirmation letter said i was buying…. Booooooo
