Fiber Tracker & Counter allows you to track your fiber intake throughout the day. You set a default target amount of fiber and then add fiber as you go. You can also set the target for a specific day. You can step back through the history of your fiber intake and encourage healthy habits over time.

More standard measurements please!

This app is great. The food database is generally very good. But the measurements for food begin in grams, which is fine if you are recording data from a food label. However, if you don’t have a label in front of you, you are left to try to mentally convert metric to standard measurements if you live somewhere that primarily uses standard measuring. There are some standard measurements that are available, but I’ve found them to be too large. I would give this app 5 stars if it weren’t for the struggle with measurement. It’s easy if you are meal planning with food labels in mind first. But if you just cook and eat…tough. For example, trying to dissect a casserole.

I really like the extensive food database options and barcode scanner. it is very inconvenient to add to the favorites list. I wish there was an option to click an already input food item as a favorite instead of having to completely retype items in as favorites. it would save a lot of time and hassle. This missing feature alone will make me cancel my subscription.

Saving food fiber info

It would be great if the food I entered would be saved so that favorite foods that are used frequently do not have to entered each time.
