We are medium sized residential landscape installation and garden care company.
We turned to FIBO in our search for a robust but easy to use field team management tool. We needed an app that would enable us to plan, manage, update and share in real-time, work orders containing detailed instructions, client and designer notes and more, and FIBO delivered.
FIBO Schedule allows us to see our whole field operation in one place, and effectively manage it from one or multiple desktops; while our field Team Leaders engage the app on smartphones to clock-in and clock-out of each job, view ongoing and last minute instructions, as well as document the work completed and materials used.
The mapping function and photo attachment tools are very convenient, and the productivity calculator is a recent addition that we look forward to exploring more.
Additionally field managers can use the FIBO app on their tablet device for the multi-team desktop view, enabling them to manage the teams remotely, and remain nimble in coordinating and managing shared resources and tools company-wide.
FIBO Messages allows us to communicate within the app, which we consider a shared digital workspace, keeping teams focused on the job at hand, while allowing managers to send text messages directly from from their company-wide desktop view, to individual team members’ phone, or the entire group at once.
The FIBO Reports tool, is very robust and is getting better with each update. It allows us to capture and arrange the data from each completed work order, including photographs, for review, export and billing.
