I have designed fun, low-impact, low-intense workouts for all kinds of people, including healthy and unhealthy, fit and out of shape, and people who want or need something different with their exercise routines.

I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who has been dealing with chronic health problems for years. In and effort to feel better naturally and get back in shape I searched everywhere for low-stress, traditional workouts that I could enjoy doing, that my body could handle and that still gave me results. I found nothing! So out of desperation and necessity I did my research and I developed my own personal workouts that did just that! Now I am sharing them with you.

In the app you will find answers to common questions about dealing with chronic health problems through diet and exercise, modifications for exercises that are safe for your condition, sample workouts for dealing with chronic illnesses and my two programs designed to help you heal, look & feel better!

Good for foot injuries too!!!

I used to work out with Suzanne in her fitness classes, in person, years ago. I knew she had some videos online but didn’t know she had an app till today. It was an honest stumble across and what good timing. I had a foot injury about a month ago and thus have been pretty inactive. In the app, when I clicked on Fibromyalgia, then Go To Workouts, I noticed there was 4 free workout sample videos there. So, I did the first 30 Min Fun & Easy Low Impact Cardio seated instead of standing, just modified the moves a bit, focusing more on core and upper body vs. lower. Broke a good sweat too :)

Excellent response to issues

I had an issue with the app that I resolved myself. I emailed my issue and Suzanne responded right away and was very gracious. I have no doubt had I not resolved the issue myself, it would have been resolved quickly. Other than that, the app is very easy to use, and the workouts are great!
