Fidelity Bank Ghana 4+

I can’t even use the app . It is crashing anytime I try to use the app for 2 days now . The previous version was better. You guys should please fix this situation because it is affecting me . I had to go to the bank yesterday because I was unable to make transfer to my mobile money account. If an application works this way then what’s is the need of updating it ?

I shouldn’t have even given one star but because I wanted to give a review that’s why. The app is the worst mobile app I have never come across the whole of my life as this bad app and version keeps crashing anytime I want to send money into my account or from my account to mobile money wallet which is impossible and it’s very bad if you don’t get this things fix. We shall start withdrawing our money if things like this are happening and to the mobile app developers, please make sure the app bugs are fix or else anytime I enter into the banking hall I will fire everybody and withdraw 90% of my savings and others to will surely do the same if you don’t get it fix . 😏😏😠😡😓

Hello people of Fidelity Bank, to be sincere I regret the day I started banking with you guys !!! 😡 what sort of bad service is this ??? Your App keep crushing all the time why 😡😡 don’t you know about it ?? Each and every day I have to call you to reset my app what sort of nonsense is that ? Get your bugs fixed !!! What baffles me is anytime I go to the bank, I will see them recommending their non working App to customers. I’m tired of calling you guys all the time get the bugs fixed else I’m out. At a point I thought I was the only one experiencing that, not knowing a general problem.
