App must be interactive

Customers must be able to do more than just sending money, we must be able to review our information and make changes when needed. I need to send message to an RM before edits can be done on my account when I am not available.
Your Whatsapp chat is also another problem, why keep customers glued to the only contact they have on their account, the only contact that whatsapp can be connected to. What if that line has been hacked and needs assistance, I am to confirm a link or whatsoever that is sent to that number.

Anytime I try to deposit money from mobile money, I am restricted from using my MTN number because they say that's what I registered my account with but you have a drop-down Manu one can choose for other networks but I can't edit the phone number to that other network, so what's the use of give option to choose from other network providers but can't change the number to my preferred network?

Alternatively, if the phone number on your account is active or on roaming services, you can link your other wallets to your account using our USSD *776# platform by following the steps below to facilitate your transfer:



Dial *776#.

Select option 1 – Account services

Select option 4 – Wallet services

Select option 1 – Link wallet

Select your network

Enter your wallet number

You will receive an OTP



Kindly Confirm OTP by following these steps:

Dial *776# again

Select option 1 – Account services

Select option 4 – Wallet services

Select option 2 to confirm OTP

Select your network

Enter your wallet number

Enter the OTP

The application keeps crashing.

I can’t even use the app . It is crashing anytime I try to use the app for 2 days now . The previous version was better. You guys should please fix this situation because it is affecting me . I had to go to the bank yesterday because I was unable to make transfer to my mobile money account. If an application works this way then what’s is the need of updating it ?

The worst mobile bank app is fidelity?

I shouldn’t have even given one star but because I wanted to give a review that’s why. The app is the worst mobile app I have never come across the whole of my life as this bad app and version keeps crashing anytime I want to send money into my account or from my account to mobile money wallet which is impossible and it’s very bad if you don’t get this things fix. We shall start withdrawing our money if things like this are happening and to the mobile app developers, please make sure the app bugs are fix or else anytime I enter into the banking hall I will fire everybody and withdraw 90% of my savings and others to will surely do the same if you don’t get it fix . 😏😏😠😡😓
