This is FieldEdge Basic - the free app for Basic license users! For those with a Full license please use our full app "FieldEdge."

The FieldEdge Basic app connects the office and field. It is the perfect app for on-the-go helper technicians to easily see their assignments, work order details, and customer information to quickly track progress on the job.

MANAGE ASSIGNMENTS
• View active, overdue, and completed assignments
• View work order details
• View work order timeline
• Contact customers by phone, email, or SMS
• Navigate to the customer location
• Send assignment status updates to the office

TRACK TIME
• Clock in and out for the day
• Track time working on the job or traveling
• Review timesheets

WORK OFFLINE
• Choose assignments to download for offline access
• Work offline in remote areas
• Upload changes as needed when back online

STAY NOTIFIED
• Get immediate notification of Assigned, Unassigned, or Reassigned work orders
• Get immediate notification when notes from the office are added to a work order
• Review past notifications in the new Notifications area

Timesheet and Time Clock Overhaul!
- Fixed an issue where the tech was not clocked in after status change to Traveling or Working
- Fixed an issue where tracked time and Clock In state was not displayed
- Fixed issue where timesheets were being displayed for the previous day
- Updates made in Web will now reflect correctly in Mobile
- Fixed an issue that caused time to be doubled from Web
- Fixed an issue that caused Time Clock and Time Sheet to be out of sync

Better

Updated review from a 0 to a 4. Because if I want to see my daily history it will not show it to me on the phone it takes me back to the very first call ever on the app otherwise it’s a solid app! For that I’m very pleased!

Field edge basic stinks

I have field edge basic that allows me to clock in and out. I able to do that, but when I view my hours for the week it is never accurate. Often times I’ve been working for 100 hours plus for the week. I have to keep track on paper and pencil of my hours for the week.
