Find a gym
This app is ok for fitness but if you actually want to learn self defense then find an actual trainer that can show you good form and correct your mistakes as well as give you lessons in actual sparring. This app is a fun way to get fit but you just can’t learn to fight without actually hitting bags and sparring with a partner. I’m sorry but it just doesn’t work.

The actual boxing techniques and combos, as well as the strength & conditioning routines, were acquired and indexed from among the world's greatest boxing trainers and Olympic gold medal combatants. Since boxing is a science, if you decide to work with a trainer you can implement FightClubs techniques into your training regime as a fitness hack. If however you are constrained in your ability to get to a gym or pay for a trainer, you will become brutally strong and formidable in your living room simply by following a specific routine with proper technique. The history of boxing is replete with champions such as Bernard Hopkins who publically stated that in the absence of an actual opponent shadowboxing is a fighter's greatest tool and can keep him/her sharp from the confines of a prison cell. If you plan to make your National Golden Gloves debut I would suggest shelling out the money for a trainer and buying a mouthpiece for heavy sparring 3-4 times a week. Unfortunately, the techniques will remain the same and you will have spent considerably more money.
