I love the utility of the app. Having access to my files right from the menu bar is great. My only suggestion for improvement would be to integrate the favorites sidebar into the main window (like it is in Finder) and make it expandable/collapsable. It's not aesthetically pleasing having the favorites in a separate window hanging off the side of the main window. Other than that, great app!
AWSOME! 🎉✯✯✯✯✯ 🎉
Thanks for quick response and update, finally it alligns with all other icons in the menu bar. i also suggest this should be controlled from the app settings rather control click, as i dont think new users read the release log!

After updating to version 7.8 you can hold down the control key and click the menu bar icon to reduce the size. Perhaps the small icon size will work for you? If you have any questions or wish to provide feedback about the app please consider getting in touch here: https://apptyrant.com/contact/
I honestly can’t figure out what makes this any different than using finder folders on your computer. I need a way to cross reference data and tag them for easy search and organization over years of paperwork. I might as well just use folders on my desktop cause this seems to only add an icon to the top of my machine so I can drag and drop files into one big mess of a location?
Not worth it in my opinion.

Lots of users use the app to stay organized. You don't have to use "one location" in File Cabinet Pro. File Cabinet Pro supports multiple tabs and you can create a list of favorite directories in the sidebar as well. Also, File Cabinet Pro introduces "Services" you can use in conjunction with Finder (like the "Move Files to File Cabinet Pro" Service) and Safari (like the "Save Webarchive in File Cabinet Pro" Service).
