Ratings and Reviews
Useless
I had a folder of e-book file downloads with + symbols in the file names. All I wanted to do was a simple find/replace. I dragged the folder onto the app as soon it started up. Once I got to the next screen, the files were nowhere to be seen. I spent 15 minutes clicking every possible button to get the option to rename. No luck. This app can’t even perform the one function it is meant to do.
Major Flaw
This program does ok but has one major flaw. If you drag a folder to the renamer, there is no settng to include subdirectories. This is a big deal to me as I have a lot of files in a lot of subdirectories under the main folder and have learned that I have to drag every single one of them to this program. I wish now that I hadn’t purchased it but should have noticed this in the lite version I guess. I will continue my search.
