Good luck if you forget your password
This morning I went to look at my checking account balance, and despite having logged in using my fingerprint, the app still asked me two additional security questions. I couldn’t remember the answers to both, and now I’m locked out of my account. If someone cuts off one of my fingers and manages to log in using it, I have more pressing issues than my bank account. The additional verification is excessive and I’m really irritated right now. I tried resetting the password by other means but was unsuccessful. I quite literally have 126 passwords to various websites and I can’t always remember the answers to my supplementary security questions. Additional flexibility - how about a text verification? - would be greatly appreciated.
Worst app ever
I used to love this App I could bank on the go. It was easy to use but as of late I have trouble accessing this App. I have made payments only to learn never went thru. I am fed up. I am going to say they do not maintain this app very well. Just spins then times out constantly. They could do better.
App crashes and won’t load constantly
More than often I go to open the app and it says “system error” blah blah blah, and will not let me get into the app. I couldn’t tell you what the problem is or why it happens, but it happens more than three times a week. Luckily it hasn’t happened when I’m in dire need of getting into my mobile banking.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
