Who is it

Not very useful because it does not display the first numbers of phones.

WHAT CRAP, SCAMMERS

Won’t do anything without being allowed to access your personal information should be removed from App Store. ZERO STARS removed 30 seconds after installing. They need to check these phony apps out before they put them on App Store, be warned these are thieves after your information,

Does the app have access to your address book without your permission?
Please read the description of the app before making hasty reviews.
Also, don't blame the App Store reviewers, they know their job very well and weed out malicious and questionable apps in a good way.
And yes, the app has no user profile and no server support, all permissions and authorizations are created according to Apple's established rules today.
You also give access to the media file, microphone, documents, etc. to third-party applications, such as messengers, which are more likely to store something on their server rather than a little app that helps users to find unrecognized numbers in their address book.
