False advertising

This app leads you to believe you can just type a number in and get there location at the beginning then when you buy app it makes you get permission from other party and they have to have the app as well. You can't get in touch with customer service either it pulls up a email but won't let you send

Cancellation

You can’t cancel easily. The locator requires the person you are tracking to accept just as your regular cell phone. I downloaded the app 5 minutes ago and got a clear understanding of how it worked after buying the service. Now I can’t cancel

WASTE OF MONEY

They didn’t clarify that the app only works if the number the customer wants to track join the app and consent on being tracked.
It’s fake advertising! Trash app! They steal your money and never answer any complaint.
