Finders Keepers RPG Companion is a work in progress by spare time-developers.

NB, the +260 images (~50Mb) are downloaded at initial launch.
Known issues:
• It is not possible to save edits to previously saved (jpg) cards.
• Creating many items in a row might crash the app due to out of memory.
• Older smart devices with less than 2Gb of RAM might crash the app during image pack installation.

Found this randomly..
I have been looking for a simple item creator. And I believe I have found it. Its not clunky, and has a pretty interesting layout. The music is a nice touch as well. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice way to make item cards for print or digital media.
