The Finding Center App offers a variety of personalized options. All courses are designed with you in mind. Each course pairs Intuitive Eating Principles with another aspect of your lifestyle- whether that be body image, relationship, parenting, or a history of bariatric surgery. All services feature curated videos, audio files, journal prompts, and personalized multimedia providing a wide range of learning methods. The application can play in the background as well as offline. Content is yours to be downloaded with updates automatically available free-of-charge through the app!

Finding Center is so helpful & easy to use

I really 🥰 this app! If you need to FIND CENTER then this is for you. Dr. Smith has great content. I’m looking forward to everything she has to offer. I’m going to use this all year to keep on track. The free content was so helpful I am going to upgrade in February. App is easy to use and well structured. 🙂

Worth it!

This is a safe space for exploring self-love and acceptance. I learned new concepts and discovered confidence within myself I thought I had lost.
