So so
I thought this app was really quite awesome when I got it a couple weeks ago. As far as apps go, I would give it five stars for sure. But the new update kind of messes it up. They kept the visual drum kit for rock, but replaced the visual kit with buttons for hip hop and dance. I do not like this at all. I could get a sense of what I was doing before, but now it's just messing me up to have to press buttons to make the sounds I desire. If I wanted a drum soundboard I would have gotten one elsewhere.
Great
This app is awesome the trick is to have good songs to play along with such as don't stop belivin by journey. You need to have imagination and pick up rhythm with your song. Switch between your kits and don't use the cymbals too much. Also the volume is loud but remember the louder you turn the sound up the louder everything not just the music! You will see when you get this amazing app but remember be creative keep beat and keep an open mind!
I'm a real drummer and I say it's ok.
It's ok but it won't play unless you tap directly in the center of the drum. You also can't play too many notes on a single drum at a time or else it won't play as many notes as you tap. It also helps when you play along with a song and the drummer does a roll or something. Otherwise it's good, works fine, and like it. I also have a suggestion: they should add a rim tap. Idk how that would work cuz there's not a lot of room but that would be kewl if they found a way. I'm pretty sure they can...
