Description
The Firshein Center connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Dr. Firshein. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.
As a Dr. Firshein patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Dr. Firshein provider. Communicate with Dr. Firshein in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories and other parameters directly with the app by integrating.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for Dr. Firshein patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Dr. Firshein patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Dr. Firshein uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
