Features versus Functionality
Am I missing something with the new app? Where is the Bill Pay function - the ability to pay and/or cancel scheduled debtor payments? Where is the ability to view Bill Pay payment scheduling? I use online banking for those functions not necessary the feature to transfer funds or get notifications. Please help; overall app features look great but functionality seems to be lacking.
Im a proud account holder of First Bank
I have been with First bank about 3 years or there about, and I have not had any issues with this branch?, in fact whenever I question a transaction there all eager to solve the problem at hand,I have the On The go banking and whenever I have an alert on a transaction it pops up on my messages and I get it resolved pretty quickly, the bank also questions did you just make a transaction at so and so market or whatever?, but I’m happy and I know my money is safe with First Bank!
New app and new online banking
For those previous reviewers that said no notice was given perhaps they were not reading their email or checking snail mail. I received regular emails, snail mail and alerts when logging into my online banking for WEEKS advising of the changes and the dates the system would not be available. As with any upgrade one can expect hiccups when going live. I experienced a few but was rectified within a few hours. So far the new app is working perfectly fine and has several new helpful options.
