Balance Frustrations

I do not like that the “Available” balances shown on the dashboard include the “Bounce protection”. That is ridiculous, as it is supposed to be used as a protection against mistakes or for emergency, and so I have to mentally subtract that from all my accounts every time I open the app just to determine what is actually in my accounts. There’s no option to remove that additional fluff from our available balances. Seems like manipulation to get us to use it regularly and end up having to pay additional interest. Frustrating. If they don’t add an option to fix that, I will be switching to another bank.

I preferred the old app. I do not like the way things are listed. I do not like that you have to enter your password when you want to do anything. If you have a number password why should you also have to do the other password. The only good thing is Zelle
