I’ve been banking with this bank for a year and some change now and the app tends to load continuously and I never get to login to check my balance.

I’d give it less if I could. I’ve had about enough of this bad banking company. I have way more issue with this app than any other in my entire life. Why can’t I log in? Why am I getting an Error when the questions are answered correctly? Makes me wonder if this is a bad bank as well. Makes me want to take my business else where. So infuriating and inconvenient. Quite the opposite of what it’s supposed to be.

Bank at 3 banks - FBT, Chase and Frost. Most of my transactions are through Chase and Frost apps which operate conveniently and efficiently without interruption.On the other hand, while having fewer transactions on the FBT app there are multiple problems, issues, challenges and downtime with the app. FBT needs to recognize customers problems with the app and address them or expect to lose customers to more customer centric banks.

It keeps telling me i’m missing “for mobile deposit only” endorsement even though it’s right there on the check since i just had written it. My hand writings not bad i don’t think, but i’m getting tired of having to resubmit my checks and not knowing if they’ll go through or not.
