Stopped accepting face recognition
Since I installed the last update 2 days ago the app will not accept face recognition. I’ve tried turning it off and turning it on but nothing. Please fix this!
Since the update this app looks terrible and is of little to no use. Before if there was a debit the app showed the vendor name, now nothing... now everything shows “POS Debit” or “D/C Settlement”...not helpful at all in identifying where the transaction took place.
Unless it goes back to the way it used to show transactions this app is now useless to me...
Apparently this has only been done to the iPhone app, the lady at the bank said her’s on her Galaxy looks the same as it always has...
Last week the app suddenly identified me as a “blocked user.” After several hours it resolved itself, but, it no longer uses Touch ID. I request to set it up each time I log in and it says it works. It doesn’t. I go to preferences and set it up again only to have it turn off again when I navigate away from preferences. Frustrating.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
