Latest update causing issues
Balance does not update in a timely manner. I went out of town. My app never updated with my available balanced after making a deposit on Friday before 6pm EST. I attempted an ATM transaction that was successful at a standalone ATM at my hotel and did a balance check. The funds were there but the app reflected a negative balance and made me uneasy to use my card. I used cash the entire weekend which was fine but this has only happened to me since the most recent update. Side note: I have to re-enter my password and re-enable touch login every time I log into the app as well, which has only occurred since the last app update.
This app makes life much simpler for me. I transfer funds and balance my accounts daily with this app. However, since the update, I’m unable to get my Touch ID to work. It’s extremely frustrating now that I’m used to having it. Need to get that fixed.
Don't fix what wasn't broken!
I loved the FCB app...until my husband showed it to my on his phone yesterday. I hated the update! And today my phone updated. Trying to transfer funds is a headache! You select the to & from accounts, then the amount, and the keypad stays in the way of selecting submit.
Whatever "upgrades" you made in this update are overshadowed by the visual changes that were included, which hamper ease of use.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
