The old app was better

I really enjoyed the old platform. It had its downfalls so I understand the desire to change however, I do miss the old version.

This new platform is clunky and complicated. I have to click too much to get to the desired window of information, I wish I could rename my accounts (so I don’t have to remember which 4 numbers correlate to which account), the insight tab is CLUNKY-the budgets and the tags have a hard time updating and being adjusted (which is VERY frustrating). The app is overall slow.

I am being highly critical because I run my small business and family budget off the app’s features. I love this bank and the people that run it. This platform has potential and could be really powerful. I really hope updates are coming soon.

Question

No one can answer why everything going thru my account is pending. This is what use to happen several years ago. Question: when something is pending has it come out of my account or not.
