Bill pay on an iPad
In bill pay on my iPad the first few payees open properly, the next few do not show the entire keypad. I can touch the back button and the entire keypad will appear.
The rest of the payees appear as a blank screen. There is nothing that I can do to bring up any information. I must go back to bill pay and start over but I still can not open payees from the later half of the alphabet.
I can access the full range of bill payees on my IPhone.
There are other functions that are not as easy to use as they were on my Main Source Bank app who merged with First Financial.

Seriously annoying. Hope update is in process
The old app allowed me quick access, no loading time, no issues at all. The new app takes 6-7 attempts before it will let me in. It keeps saying “authentification failed.” It seldom accepts my fingerprint now. And when it finally does open, the “loading” takes as long as the 6-7 entry attempts. Seriously annoying. Then when I finally get in and I try to move from account to account, it will often give me blank pages or error and gets stuck. So guess what? Then I have to try to log back in.
And for the record, no, I haven’t moved, I’m not having trouble with any other apps. Yes, I restarted my phone but that doesn’t help either.
Sorry, I’m really not happy at all with the new app. I hope an update is pending.

I used to use main source bank until FFB bought them out. The main source app was great. The FFB is horrible. The bill pay takes forever and a day to use and almost impossible on a smart phone. You have to pay each bill individually. On Main source you could plug all your numbers in for every bill then hit the pay button one time. Also not really an app issue but for bill pay you have to withdraw the money 2 days in advance in order for it to be on time. Example bill is due the 15th you have to schedule it for the 13th. PITA if it’s over a weekend. Main source you simply put the due date of the bill in and hit submit and it was always on time. I would hope the app gets redone so it’s more up to date with the 21st century. I’m using FFB only because I was already at main source but might switch soon.
