Mobile Deposit Doesn’t Work

iPhone 13….version 16.0.3…mobile deposit no longer works. When it’s time to take a photo of the check it won’t allow me to…only way to get out of the mess is to close the app completely. I’ve tried calling but they won’t even acknowledge that there’s an issue. Super frustrating as we live over an hour from the nearest location. I’ve tried deleting app and reinstalling…I’ve updated everything known to man…and it still doesn’t work. Maybe if enough of us complain, they will fix it!

Great Western Switch

I was told that the Great Western app would no longer work with the change over to First Interstate, and the account would automatically switch over to the new app. with FIB.
Well 10 days later and I still get a message that there is no account info available. I’ve deleted the app, reloaded it several times, I have called - with no response or hold times so long that no one can wait that long.
I went back to the bank today and they still weren’t able to help me.
They put in an email- just as I have, and still no response.
Obviously not a great app and not a good banking experience.

Fees

We used the app to enroll in electronic statements to avoid the $5 per month fee for paper statements. The following month we were charged $5 for paper statements. I went into the app and did the process again. Next month, another fee. Went into the app and it showed we were enrolled in electronic statements, so I figured maybe it just didn't take effect before that statement was mailed. Next month, another $5 fee. So we finally went to the bank branch in person, which is no easy feat since I have to take time off from work, and got signed up for electronic statements. The rep said he could not refund the fees since the statements were mailed.
