To get started with Mobile Banking:

STEP ONE: Enroll in First National’s Online Banking at www.fnblivingston.com. If you are already enrolled proceed to STEP TWO.

STEP TWO: Download and install First National’s app. This app is available through the application store for your iPhone.

STEP THREE: Sign in to First National’s Mobile Banking using your Online Banking username. Make sure your security image and phrase are correct before entering your Online Banking password.

OPTIONAL: Once enrolled in Mobile Banking visit the Users Option tab in Online Banking to manage your mobile Banking Profile.

This feature will allow you to:
Add additional phones
Change your phone number
Select or unselect accounts to see in Mobile Banking
Assign Nicknames for accounts to be used in Text Messaging
Set a different time zone
Compatible with: iPhone

Transactions...

Great app but... The only thing this app lacks is the inability to see further back to previous transactions. It won’t let me see past a few weeks if that. Do it like cashapp does and it will be gold. If i could see a couple months back on all my transactions with notes it would be everything i need.

Always down or “updating”

It’s nice to think you have your accounts at the touch of your finger but not with this bank app. It never works and when it does, it’s only working for a few hours a day. I’ve never had a Bank app that is down or as employees say “updating” so much. Makes me want to reconsider banking here just because of the app & website is never working in order to make transfers. Make sure you always keep cash on you because you’ll get stranded just like I have MANY times because of this “convenient” banking app.

Functional yet needs update.

Functionality for app is 10/10. Easy accessibility to accounts and transfer is a plus!
However, there are some issues with the app.
First, there is the design of the FNB app icon. It's too complicated: the icon should simply be a pinecone (with no letters) and have FNB as the title of the app.
Second, the overall design of the app is outdated and chunky. If you look at other bank apps, they look classy and up-to-date, unlike this app. It needs to look like an iOS7 version app, not an iOS4.
Finally, the buttons at the bottom are very pixelated and needs to be cleaned up. Plus the background of the app is too much, just make it a light green or something, not 60 pinecones all around.
Other than the outdated design, the FNB app is great!
