I think the app is perfect for what it’s used for. I especially feel that here in the past year or so, the app has really been tweaked and improved for user experience! I think the push on mobile banking is great, as I don’t live near a FSNB anymore, but still am able to use it easily! The only thing I would change is the “look” of the app. It has an outdated look to me, but that has nothing to do with the ability!

The app is great, it gives a variety of different options to choose from. It is very user friendly as well. I like this app a lot better than other institution apps I have had in the past. The layout is very straight forward with the options and your main ones that you would use are standing out on the app. Some make it a treasure hunt to try and find simple tasks. I love the mobile deposit and the history of any account goes back as far as you need. I’ve experienced some that wouldn’t show you but a few weeks back. I love the app!!

Online banking can be a bit intimidating for some, but this app makes it enjoyable for even those who aren’t very tech savvy. For someone who can’t get to the bank during business hours the ease of online electronic deposits is outstanding. There is other information that is included from moving money to additional accounts, statements, reporting lost or stolen cards are just additional bonuses. If you have a question you can do that from the app as welL. I HIGHLY recommend this app to any FSNB customer! My bank for life!

We’ve been loyal customers since 1998, wow 24 years!!! We’ve seen a ton of differences in out bank and yes even being currently using a Visa to a MasterCard. I will say we always use everything as credit and some places only use MasterCard as a debit. We never use that so yep at times I had to keep reminding myself what the pin was….other than that it hasn’t been bad at all. We have seen people come and go and a lot has stayed at our bank thru the years. We wouldn’t have it any other way! We love where we bank!!!
