I’m so happy with the service at First Southern State Bank. This is my first time to use the check deposit remotely. Now if we could just figure out a way to deposit cash lol!! My former credit union offered the check deposit and it was so helpful because of my age and disability.
So thank you for providing this service. Also every person at my local bank is very friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much.

Great people at Scottsboro branch

I have never been to this branch without getting the help I needed. They are all friendly and do their best to help and always do it with a smile. They treat my family like family!! I rate them an A+

Used to be great

I actually like the app and would give 5 stars, but for the last few months the accounts don’t update properly. I can see an accurate balance, from the home page, but when I click the account to see the recent activity, it doesn’t show anything that day, and sometimes not the previous day. I have to jump through hoops, clicking on the options at the bottom and back to the account and SOMETIMES it will update. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, with no luck in fixing the issue. It’s very disappointing.
