To access mobile banking you must be a First Southwest Bank customer. To sign up for Online Banking and receive access to mobile banking using your mobile device, customers can enroll by contacting First Southwest Bank.
Sign up for mobile banking by simply downloading the FSWB-APP from the App Store.
FSWB-APP enables bank customers to use their mobile device to initiate routine transactions and conduct research anytime, from anywhere. Customers can view account balances and transaction history, view account alerts, initiate account transfers and pay bills for FREE*
Customers can also make check deposits using their mobile device and our Remote Deposit Anywhere service. This service can be requested by contacting First Southwest Bank.
FSWB-APP supports all account types including checking, savings, money market, certificates of deposit, loans and line of credit.

Convenient, yet inconvenient
It’s great to view my current balance, but I wish I could access the app by using my fingerprint rather then entering the password every single time I just want a quick look at my balance. Also I don’t know if it’s an in-app problem or within the banking process, but after depositing a check using the app it takes several hours or over a day for the increase of my balance to show up. And when it does finally show an increase, sometimes for quite awhile it at first shows an incorrect balance considering the amount that was actually deposited. (Like doubling what it should be.) Quite inconvenient when you what to be sure of how much you actually can spend at a given moment.
It would be nice if you could add other deposit accounts after initial set up but once you have chosen an account for mobile deposits, you cant change or add accounts later as needed.
Basic Functionalities that work well
Does all basic banking operations with ease, speed and so far secure. For a five star, it lacks features such as fingerprint login, check images, bank and account information, alerts setup, locations, card settings such as report lost card etc, customer service features.
