Like 95%...

I gave three stars only to get attention. I like the bank, the people, the services, and the app but I cannot deposit checks using app. I too get the grey/ white screen. I called the number that you put in other review and cleared my cookies. Still does not work. I have an iPhone 8 and when hit deposit I get a grey screen. Please fix.

Deposit does not work

I use this on an Apple IPhone 8. It used to work fine, but for the past several months the deposit feature will not work. It constantly tells me that the deposit amount does not agree with the amount on the check. When I complained to the bank, their response was to suggest an easy fix “come to a branch and make the deposit in person”. Well, it is over 40 miles to the nearest branch, and anyway, it is supposed to work! I did finally figure that if I delete the app and reload it each time I make a deposit, I can get it to work. May have to start looking at local banks, though I have been with FTB since 1992.

Performs basic functions, sans fingerprint login

All the basic functions are fairly easily performed in this app, with the exception of Touch/Fingerprint login. I confirmed it is enabled on my phone/app/FTN profile, but it never prompts me for fingerprint when opening the app, so I always have to type in the password. This is basically a 2009 app in 2019.
