I do love this app but there are a couple of things that could be changed. It would be great if the fingerprint recognition worked on all of the accounts instead of just one at a time. This would be a huge change so I wouldn’t have to keep logging in manually when switching. I don’t like the new color scheme of the new update. The green is awful. Please change back to the old layout...wish I could undo the update.
Pretty good App
Banking apps seem to have a good degree of user friendliness and functionality. Some of this is determined by what the user is trying to do and some by design. I find this app to be very easy to use for all that I need it for. A feature I really like is the bank card control. I have misplaced my card several times in the last year and have used the app to turn it off. I find card within a day or two and turn it back on. Bill pay is straightforward and simple. Nice job.
This mobile app is incredibly user friendly, I can manage all of our business needs from any of my mobile devices from anywhere I am.
