Improvement idea
I use this app all the time and love it. I just wish I could mark off the transactions as I balance my checkbook. Sometimes i must search hard for a transaction bc it doesn’t always show at top of the list. I wouldn’t want to get rid of them completely, just move to a secondary page maybe. Otherwise, I am completely happy with it.
Unuseable
The app makes you login and answer security questions every time you open it. Then after you press the login button without fail an error shows up telling you that they can’t load the security questions you already answered. It also doesn’t help that you can’t find any support or customer service.
Awful - constant hassle - non stop problems
Always problems - have had to call to get things fixed so many times. Developer should have to use this bank and this app - things would get fixed then - wouldn’t they!
