Daily workouts are getting me through my day!!
Massive thank you to Carlie & our instructors for offering GAP studio virtually and for FREE. It keeps me moving and adds variety to accessible exercise. The first time I did yoga, I felt 100x’s better then I had an hour earlier. I also LOVE seeing the Gap Inc. community and friends I work with everyday in class.
This is also now part of my son’s PE class each day and an incredible tool for parents.
Absolutely one of the best resources that Gap is offering in this time of uncertainty 💕

Thank you for bringing these fitness classes to us for free during this challenging time. It’s so nice to be able to take the time out of my day to work out. Every instructor I’ve had so far has been amazing and they’ve all adapted to the online format incredibly well. Really appreciate that the classes don’t require special equipment.
