Removes all barriers to good health

The app is terrific, the coach is FUN! In providing regular, short instruction sessions that are FUN and properly taught, you gradually build strength, flexibility, increasing confidence and reducing stress. Perfect for the days working or just isolating at home during a pandemic, but these habits and love of exercise will last long afterwards! Thank you, Wendy, for Fit Fannie!
