I used to work out two hours a day 6 days a week. I’ve only worked out a handful of times since December. That made things very discouraging and very challenging to get back into the gym or working out period. This app has helped me be Active every day! Even with only starting out for five minutes, I am slowly doing more and more and feeling better about myself. A little really goes a long way. Something is better than nothing, this app is so easy and so convenient my 9 yr old daughter even joins me it’s great time to have together, doing something healthy and having fun all in ten minutes! I’m definitely going to be using it for the long term.

Totally enjoying this App except for it not syncing on my devices.
The app is easy to follow and effectively hits all target areas. There are specific target area workouts available as well.
My only issue is that the daily workouts on my tablet are different than my IOS. so, my IOS has me completing no workouts when I’m using my tablet and vis-a-versa. Not sure why that is but it’s frustrating.
As a busy woman, I love that I can do a 12 minute workout. I often feel tired and overwhelmed when I get home but these shorter workouts feel approachable.
For not being very active this is also a great way to transition back into a healthier life style.
My suggestion would be to have a calorie count on the meals you provide to allow for substitutions as needed (ie allergies, product availability)
Also in regards to the meals a weekly shopping list that breaks down what you need for the week.
