Starting off I was 158. I am a mother of two who works from home and moves minimally throughout the day. I wanted something/someone to get me motivated and to help push me into becoming a better mom/partner and loving myself again. I was nervous to try it as these things usually fail, at least that’s what I’ve read and heard but it’s all about the person and what they want out of it is what I’ve gathered. I’ve stayed consistent and on track for 6 weeks now and WOW. The results! The guidance of each workout truly helps, you can adjust the rest times, you can pause to get your formation better, there is just SO much you can do with this app that helps get you to your fitness goals. If you’re struggling or not and just need some guidance and a push I 100% recommend. Consistency is key. Eating better is key. Being happy with YOURSELF is key! I’m so happy I found this app!!

Updated: The Fitify team worked with me and were extremely helpful in getting my problem with the app resolved. This app is great for those of us with busy lifestyles and don’t have time to worry about making your own workouts, they do it for you! If it two other options that I would like, then it would be perfect! I would like conditioning ropes as an option for tools and I would also like body weight exercises to be included in the tools/customized workouts, that way you can lift weights and incorporate body weight exercises. This is only the second workout app I’ve paid for and it blows the other one out of the water. I am extremely satisfied with this app and always look forward to what workout I’m going to do next.I love this app, but I’ve paid for the subscription and can’t access anything. I’ve emailed several times but no one seems to be helping me out.

Mediation and work out

The work out was actually decently hard which I appreciate and I did the sleep mediation and I did not know it was possible to fall asleep so fast usually it takes me like almost 20 minutes to fall asleep but last night listening to the thing made me pass out and this morning I did the morning energy and it felt good as well I 100% recommend and this is only my first day using the app.

App works but fitness advice seems…

App works but fitness advice seems questionable at best. Workouts seem like they told a computer “just provide 10 sets of any leg exercises in any order”. You can add tools - like kettlebells and barbells, which is cool. But it might assign a workout where you do back squats then kettlebell swings then barbell hip thrusts (lying on the ground) … there seems to be no logic to order. Even the yoga is just random poses, nothing at all flow like. If you just need “any suggestions to convince you to workout today”, with some videos to show you how the basic move looks, and a timer, it provides that … but that’s exactly what it provides. I wouldn’t pay for the service a second month and wouldn’t suggest it to a friend.

I wouldn’t pay for the service a second month and wouldn’t suggest it to a friend.
