Description

FitJo is a workout tracking application that makes tracking and sharing your workouts fast and easy.

**Track Exercises**
- View and update daily fitness journal entries in just a few taps
- Add sets with reps and weight data to each exercise you complete
- Navigate between daily workouts by swiping left or right
- Jump to a specific date using the in-app calendar widget
- View workout summaries and totals for each day using the draggable sheet on each page. Data includes total reps, total sets, total volume, and workout intensity
- Add comments/ notes to individual sets or your workout as a whole
- Mark sets as complete or incomplete using checkboxes
- Delete or update sets after adding them
- Calculate 1-rep maxes and quickly find other percentages
- View and select recommended rep ranges based on Prilepin's chart
- Explicitly mark your Off Days

**Create Routines**
- Create custom routines with unique names and exercise sequences
- Customize individual set reps, weight, time, and distances
- Add routines to new or existing workouts

**Track Your Progress**
- Record body measurements quickly using our date and time picker
- Leave comments on individual measurements
- View all of your historical sets for each exercise
- View personal records and cumulative stats for exercises, including max weight and max volume

**Find Exercises**
- Select from a growing database of exercises
- Filter exercises based on their primary, secondary, and detailed target muscles
- Filter exercises based on the equipment they require, their movement types, and more miscellaneous tags
- Add custom exercises if you can't find one in our database. Exercises are created with a unique name, target muscle, the workout type, and the equipment that it requires
- Edit and update all custom exercises you've created
- Visualize muscles targeted by exercises (front and back)
- Link out to instructional pages for all exercises

**Save Your Data**
- Create an account using an email and password and have all of your data saved in the cloud
- Instantly access your data from any device
- Custom exercises you create will only be available to you
- Use a single Pro subscription on all platforms where FitJo is available

FitJo also integrates with the Health App to track your height, weight, and BMI.
