- Je trainingsschemas bekijken en bijhouden.
- Je voedingsprogrammas bekijken en bijhouden.
- Zowel je lichamelijke als fysieke vooruitgang bekijken
Je kunt deze app syncen met de Apple Gezondheid App. Wanneer je deze connectie activeert, worden je workouts in de Gezondheid app automatisch toegevoegd aan je activiteitenkalender.
