A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. Best easy to use fitness App by far.
Definitely recommend. Once quarantine started I was afraid I would end up losing my gains and start gaining weight. Not only did this app keep my on track with my fitness goals but it also provides you with a very informative nutrition guide and meal plan. What helped me the most was that I was able to see demonstrated videos d of the exercises and was also provided a timer that took me through my work outs. The workouts are also challenging and are flexible with whichever fitness level you’re at.
